My name is Susan Cox and along with husband Ted we are Brokers of Northgate Realty Inc. and Nicasio Properties.  We have been a family owned company in the Terra Linda/Lucas Valley area since 1962.  We are a full service brokerage with long standing memberships in the Marin Association of Realtors and Bay Area Real Estate Infomation Services (BAREIS).  Our membership now allows us to access the Multiple Listings for the entire bay area and of much of Northern California making it easy to sell homes in many other areas.
